Our Scout U Tour is a “A Day in the Life of an A&R Scout” A&R office experience. This event is filled with all that happens at a music company, including students interacting with our scouts and artists (on campus or virtual).

We created this fun, fast-paced, interactive show to inspire and inform students who are aspiring music industry professionals. During the 45-minute workshop, students will have real interactions with the Greater Than A&R Team, and participate in an in-person A&R Meeting. Students will break out into small groups for a 30-minute activity at the end of the workshop, which encourages A&R scouting support relationships. Each group will select and prepare a quick report on the top discovery from their group and discuss it with our executive team as we meet with each group.
